Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented
Track & Trace Specialist
to monitor shipments and ensure accurate, real-time visibility throughout the transportation process. This role is responsible for tracking loads, maintaining up-to-date shipment information, communicating with carriers and drivers, and proactively identifying and escalating any issues that may impact delivery performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and track shipments through phone, email, and transportation management systems.
- Keep load statuses, arrival and departure times, and location updates accurate and up to date.
- Communicate with carriers and drivers to confirm pickup and delivery appointments.
- Request and document ETA updates, shipment progress, and location information.
- Maintain detailed notes and shipment records within internal systems.
- Coordinate with dispatchers, planners, and internal teams to ensure smooth shipment execution.




- Forward Proofs of Delivery (PODs) and other shipment documentation to the appropriate departments.
- Identify, communicate, and escalate shipment delays, discrepancies, or operational issues.
- Retrieve and validate documentation when inconsistencies or missing information are identified.
- Ensure all assigned loads are actively monitored until successful delivery.

Requirements
- 12+ months of experience
in logistics, transportation, track & trace, dispatch, or a related operations role.
- English level: B2+
(written and verbal).
- Experience communicating with carriers and drivers to monitor shipment status.
- Familiarity with shipment tracking, ETA updates, load monitoring, and transportation workflows.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel.
