Product Manager 100% Remote

We're growing the Elephanty Inc. team and looking for a Product Manager to join us.

What the role involves:

A Product Manager at Elephanty Inc. owns the "why" and "what" behind what we build. You'll set direction for the roadmap, work closely with engineering and design day to day, and make the calls on what gets prioritized and what waits. Part of the job is staying close to how people actually use the product, so decisions come from real feedback and real data, not guesswork.

You won't have direct authority over the people you work with, but you'll be the one keeping everyone pointed in the same direction, translating between what users need, what the business needs, and what's technically possible.

What we're looking for:
- 4+ years in product management
- English at a C1 level or above
- Used to working remotely with a distributed team
- Someone who communicates clearly and can rally people around a shared plan




- Comfortable digging into problems and landing on practical solutions, not just identifying them

Tech stack:
- Project & roadmap tools: Jira, Linear, or similar
- Product discovery & backlog: Productboard, Notion
- Design collaboration: Figma
- Analytics: Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Google Analytics
- Comfortable with basic SQL to pull and interpret data independently

Preferred certifications (nice to have, not required):
- CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner)
- Pragmatic Institute certification
- Product School PM certification
- AIPMM certifications (CPM, CPMM)
