This role works closely with the Marketing and Sales teams to deliver integrated campaigns, support go-to-market initiatives, create compelling content, and analyze performance metrics to optimize marketing effectiveness.

Essential Responsibilities
Develop and execute regional marketing plans that align with business objectives and support growth across Latin America.
Create and manage marketing campaigns, ensuring projects are delivered on time and effectively reach target audiences.
Develop marketing materials and content tailored to Latin American markets, including promotional, technical, and thought leadership assets.




Identify and collaborate with industry speakers, partners, and contributors to support content development and events.
Create promotional campaigns for product launches, webinars, workshops, conferences, and other marketing initiatives.
Support inbound and outbound lead generation activities to attract, engage, and nurture prospective customers.
Assist with the development and execution of Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies for products and services.
Plan and coordinate online and offline marketing activities focused on brand awareness, engagement, and demand generation.
Partner with Sales to identify growth opportunities and improve lead conversion throughout the sales funnel.
Monitor and analyze campaign, event, and marketing performance, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices.
