We are looking for an experienced Record to Report Senior Analyst to lead a small team and ensure the accurate execution of accounting and financial reporting activities. This role combines hands-on accounting responsibilities with team oversight, process improvement, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and review the work of a small accounting team.
Prepare, review, and post journal entries.
Perform complex balance sheet account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
Execute month-end close activities and ensure timely financial reporting.
Prepare and post provisions and accruals.
Review and report SOX controls compliance.
Upload financial data, metrics, and journal entries into Hyperion.
Ensure the quality, accuracy, and timeliness of deliverables.
Analyze issues, identify risks,



and drive resolutions.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients to support business objectives.
Promote best practices, continuous improvement, and compliance with data protection policies.

Requirements

Experience in Record to Report (R2R) processes and month-end close activities.
Advanced English
Strong knowledge of journal entries, account reconciliations, balance sheet analysis, provisions, and SOX controls.
Leadership experience, including reviewing and guiding team deliverables.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Hyperion, ERP systems, and financial reporting tools.
Continuous improvement mindset with a strong focus on quality and process optimization.
Ability to build effective relationships with clients and cross-functional teams.
