We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dispatcher to coordinate loads, communicate with drivers, and ensure efficient daily operations.

This role requires availability from 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM CST. While all hours may not be consistently busy, availability during this window is mandatory.
- Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and dispatch loads to drivers
- Communicate clearly with drivers, brokers, and internal team members
- Monitor routes and provide timely updates
- Resolve issues related to delays, breakdowns, or scheduling conflicts
- Maintain accurate records of loads, routes, and communications
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and transportation regulations
- Requirements
Availability to work 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM CST
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Strong and reliable internet connection
- Solid understanding of U.S. geography and major freight lanes
- Prior experience as a truck driver or diesel mechanic (preferred)
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to remain responsive and professional under pressure
