Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 7am-3pm
Compensation: starting at $16.73 Per Hour with excellent growth potential

JOB FUNCTION:
The Resident Care Attendant provides direct care and supportive services to residents in a residential mental health setting.
This position is responsible for ensuring residents receive prescribed medications, assistance with activities of daily living, access to medical and behavioral healthcare services, and support in maintaining a safe, therapeutic living environment. The RCA serves as an advocate for residents while promoting recovery, independence, and respect for individual choice.
DUTIES:
Resident Care
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including personal hygiene, grooming, dressing, bathing, toileting, mobility, and meal support, as needed.
- Encourage resident independence while providing appropriate supervision and assistance.
- Monitor residents for changes in physical, emotional, and behavioral health and promptly report concerns to nursing or supervisory staff.
- Provide emotional support and encouragement consistent with recovery-oriented principles.
