Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Human Resources Business Partner, Initiatives and Planning to join our Human Resources team.
In this role,



you will be responsible for supporting the Senior Vice President of Human Resources and the broader account team to deliver strategic people priorities across the business.

This role is designed for a proactive, agile, and relationship-driven professional who excels in a matrixed organization and enjoys partnering closely with leaders to drive performance, capability, and culture.

What You’ll Do
In this role, you will:
- Lead Strategic Partnering and Change: Act as a sounding board to leaders on people issues, developing strong relationships to understand business needs and supporting the implementation of transformation, organizational development, and change initiatives.
- Execute Cyclical Human Resources Programs: Support the deployment of Center of Excellence designed programs, including annual talent mapping, succession planning, year-end performance reviews, calibration processes, and annual compensation cy
