We're hiring on behalf of a confidential U.S.-based company seeking a relationship-driven professional to help customers achieve long-term success, increase engagement, and strengthen ongoing partnerships.

Remote – Latin America only

? Must be available during U.S. business hours

? Full-time | Long-term opportunity

In this role, you'll:

• Become the primary contact for an assigned customer portfolio

• Guide customers through onboarding and continued product adoption

• Lead renewal discussions and retention initiatives

• Discover opportunities to expand existing accounts

• Conduct regular business reviews and customer check-ins

• Maintain accurate customer data in Salesforce

• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver an exceptional client experience

• Resolve customer challenges with a proactive, solution-oriented approach

What you'll bring:

• Experience in Customer Success, Customer Experience, Client Partnerships, Account Management, or similar roles





• Advanced English communication skills (written and spoken)

• Experience working with Salesforce or another CRM platform

• Excellent organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment

Nice to have:

• SaaS, software, or technology industry experience

• Background in renewals, customer retention, or subscription services
