What we’re looking for

• Practical experience administering or implementing HubSpot CRM.

• Strong understanding of revenue operations, sales operations, or marketing operations.

• Experience with workflows, reporting, data imports, segmentation, and CRM hygiene.

• Ability to map business processes and recommend clear improvements.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.

• Based in Latin America and comfortable working remotely with international teams.

• HubSpot certifications, SQL, APIs, or automation-platform experience are a plus.
