Marching Maids is seeking a highly motivated, organized, and persistent Bilingual Recruiter to help us grow our network of independent house cleaning professionals throughout Southern California.

This is a remote, part-time position starting at approximately 20–25 hours per week, with the potential for additional hours as the company grows.

Compensation: $9–$12 USD per hour, depending on experience, plus performance incentives.

As we continue to grow, one of our biggest priorities is consistently finding, interviewing, onboarding, and retaining reliable cleaning professionals throughout our service areas.

This position will take primary ownership of that process.

What You'll Be Responsible For

Your job is not simply to conduct interviews.



Your responsibility is to develop a consistent pipeline of qualified cleaning professionals and successfully guide strong candidates from initial application through their first several completed jobs.

Responsibilities include:
- Source new cleaning professionals through job boards, online marketplaces, social media, community groups, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
- Post and manage recruiting advertisements.
- Respond quickly to new applicants by phone, text, and email.
- Screen applicants to determine whether they meet our requirements.
- Conduct approximately 15–25 interviews per week as applicant volume allows.
- Clearly explain how Marching Maids' referral model works.
- Guide qualified applicants through onboarding and required documentation.
- Maintain organized records of every applicant and their current recruiting stage.
- Follow up persistently with promising applicants who do not immediately complete onboarding.
