Role Description
- The Enrollment Specialist (Sales) is a full-time, on-site position based in Barranquilla, Colombia. The specialist will support E & S Academy, a vocational training institution located in the United States that provides healthcare certification and career-training programs.
- The primary objective of this position is to increase student enrollments by engaging prospective students, explaining available training programs, conducting consistent follow-up,



and guiding applicants through the enrollment and payment process.
- The Enrollment Specialist will communicate with prospective students by phone, text message, email, and other approved communication channels. This is a sales-focused position that requires persistence, confidence, professionalism, and the ability to convert interested prospects into enrolled students.
- Performance-based bonuses are available for employees who consistently meet or exceed enrollment goals.

Key Responsibilities
