The Role
We’re seeking a Payroll & Onboarding Specialist. This role is designed for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who excels at managing payroll administration, onboarding coordination, and operational processes with accuracy and efficiency.
You’ll play a key role in supporting payroll workflows, coordinating employee onboarding, maintaining accurate documentation and reporting, and ensuring seamless communication with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Location: Must be in Colombia – Remote.
Environment: Colombian and International Teams.

Advanced English (B2+ - C1).
Salary: COP $4,500,000 per month.
Timezone: Monday to Friday – 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Colombia).
Contract: Non-fixed Term Colombian Contract.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree or technical studies in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
Experience: 2+ years of experience in payroll administration, onboarding, HR operations, accounting support, or administrative support. Experience supporting U.S.-based companies or distributed teams is a plus.
Skills: Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, filters, formulas, and spreadsheet management), strong English communication skills, payroll and onboarding coordination, reporting, data management, and the ability to maintain confidentiality. Experience with HRIS, payroll platforms, accounting systems, or Ottimate (preferred; training provided).
