Collections Analyst

Role Summary:
The Collections Analyst will be responsible for providing comprehensive solutions to end-clients by effectively managing invoices, generating key reports, and handling escalations or potential non-payment risks.



The main goal is to meet DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) and portfolio recovery targets, directly impacting the company's cash flow in a positive way.

Key Responsibilities:
Execute the collection management strategy established by the business, applying defined customer segmentations, approaches, and procedures to ensure payments within agreed timelines.
Respond to inquiries and requests from clients, commercial teams, and Credit Managers according to the assigned portfolio to maintain agreed SLAs.
Actively participate in creating synergies across O2C teams to improve customer satisfaction and resolve needs accurately and promptly.
Generate risk alerts and propose proactive action plans in coordination with business units to optimize strategic performance metrics (DSO).
Document all negotiations, credit, and collection process adjustments clearly and accurately to support internal/external audits and ensure o
