About the role

This role sits within a delivery services team responsible for implementing, deploying, migrating, and supporting enterprise networking solutions across a variety of customer environments. The role is highly collaborative and delivery-focused, requiring strong technical capabilities, operational maturity, and the ability to work effectively within project teams.

The idóneo teammate participates in customer implementations, staging activities, maintenance windows, and technical troubleshooting while continuing to develop toward independent delivery ownership, directly impacting customer success, project execution quality, and service delivery excellence.

What you will do:
- Assist with and eventually independently execute deployment of enterprise network infrastructure solutions
- Configure and support routing, switching, wireless, firewall, and VPN technologies
- Participate in network migrations, hardware refreshes, and infrastructure modernization projects
- Support staging, validation, and testing of customer solutions prior to production deployment




- Participate in after-hours maintenance windows and production cutovers as required
- Troubleshoot network connectivity, routing, switching, wireless, and securityrelated issues
- Support escalation activities during project implementations and customer incidents
- Perform root cause analysis and assist with remediation planning
- Work collaboratively with senior engineers, project managers, and technical leads
- Create and maintain implementation documentation, diagrams, and operational procedures
- Support continuous improvement of delivery standards, deployment processes, and operational workflows

- 3+ years of hands-on network engineering or infrastructure support experience
- Experience supporting enterprise networking environments
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Solid understanding of Layer 2 and Layer 3 networking concepts
