Your mission

We’re looking for a Payment Partnerships Manager to own and scale our general payment and partnership strategy, with a strong focus on LATAM markets. This is a high-impact role at the core of our international expansion, offering direct exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to shape our growth strategy.

Responsibilities

Partnership Development - Own the payment and partnership strategy across the top ~10 LATAM economies by GDP
Operational Partnership Management - Manage existing contracts, terms, and service level agreements (SLAs). Monitor partner performance (downtime, processing errors) to mitigate operational risks.
Cross-Functional Liaison - Act as the primary business contact for financial partners, aligning roadmaps.
Build and manage strategic partnerships with banks, PSPs, wallets, card schemes, and processors
Lead commercial negotiations and secure long-term agreements
Conduct market research (regulation, competition, risks, and opportunities) and present insights to the CEO
Manage and grow existing partnerships, including commercial terms,



buy rates, and contracts
Ensure smooth partner integrations by collaborating closely with Legal, Compliance, Product, and Engineering
Track KPIs and ensure partnerships deliver on performance and cost-efficiency targets

Required Skills
