What you'll do:
Prospect and develop new business opportunities through outbound calls and direct outreach.
Build and manage your own pipeline with focus and consistency.
Qualify leads, move opportunities through the funnel, and close with confidence.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
Bring energy and intention to every client interaction.

Comfortable with outbound prospecting and cold outreach.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Self-directed and able to work independently.
CRM experience preferred.
Currently living in Bogotá.
