Role Description
The Senior Systems Administrator is a full-time remote role responsible for maintaining, securing,



and optimizing the organization’s IT infrastructure. This position oversees server and network environments, manages user access and permissions, and ensures high system availability for manufacturing and business operations. Daily tasks include monitoring performance, implementing patches and updates, resolving technical issues, and coordinating with vendors and internal stakeholders to support hardware, software, and cloud services. The Senior Systems Administrator also develops and documents IT standards, leads incident response and root-cause analysis, and contributes to technology planning to align systems with Union Beverage Packers’ growth and sustainability objectives.
