Job title:
Technical Support Engineer

Job Description:

1. Responsible for the products' technical in Colombia. Fast response &quick; fix to custome's request, travel for field service when it is required.

2. Instucting installer for installation of the product, monitoring, maintance, etc.

3. Sorting&translating; technical documents. Summarizing competitor's product and service information, and feedback to HQ for improvement.

4. Customer training. Train retailer, installer, etc for the product&warranty; procedure, etc.

Requirement:

1. Electronic, electronic related subjects graduate preferred. Electronic job related experience preferred.

2. Fluent in Spanish, English or Chinese writing for internal communication.

3. Skilled in office word, office Excel.

4. Active, conscientious, strong responsibility feeling in working, honest, good communication.

5.Work location is in Medeilín,
