What you’ll do

• Configure and improve HubSpot CRM across marketing, sales, and customer success workflows.

• Design lifecycle stages, pipelines, properties, lead routing, and automation rules.

• Audit and improve CRM data quality, deduplication, governance, and documentation.

• Build dashboards and reports that help teams understand funnel performance.

• Integrate HubSpot with other business tools and troubleshoot data flows.

• Translate commercial requirements into scalable RevOps processes.

• Collaborate in English with distributed stakeholders and document decisions clearly.

What we’re looking for

• Practical experience administering or implementing HubSpot CRM.

• Strong understanding of revenue operations, sales operations, or marketing operations.

• Experience with workflows, reporting, data imports, segmentation, and CRM hygiene.

• Ability to map business processes and recommend clear improvements.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.





• Based in Latin America and comfortable working remotely with international teams.

• HubSpot certifications, SQL, APIs, or automation-platform experience are a plus.
