About The Role
As a Senior Solutions Consultant, you will act as a strategic partner to Tier 0–1 customers, designing and delivering data-driven personalization programs that drive measurable uplift. You will shape multi-quarter campaign roadmaps, translate insights into innovative concepts, and own campaign performance across your portfolio, working cross-functionally to execute a cohesive personalization vision.



This role requires advanced personalization expertise and the ability to lead complex customer initiatives from end to end.

Key Responsibilities

Advanced Personalization Strategy & Innovation

Design and oversee complex, insight-driven personalization roadmaps that span multiple channels, targeting strategies, and KPIs.

Own the health of the campaign portfolio across accounts, proactively managing risk, pacing, and value creation.

Develop executive-level narratives that tie campaign performance to strategic business outcomes.

Value Planning & Measurement

Build and maintain account-level and vertical-level value frameworks, surfacing the ROI of use cases and campaigns.

Lead quarterly roadmap planning cycles, define campaign sequencing models, and contribute to renewal strategies through measurable impact narratives.

Own and evolve value scorecards across your book of business and support internal enablement with case studies and impact reporting.
