Role Description
The Intake Specialist Legal role is a full-time remote position responsible for managing the initial contact and onboarding process for legal clients. Day-to-day tasks include conducting client intake interviews, collecting and verifying key case information, and accurately documenting details in case management systems. The Intake Specialist will respond to inquiries, provide clear information about services and processes, and ensure a professional,



empathetic experience for prospective and current clients. This role collaborates with legal and administrative teams to route cases appropriately, follow up on missing documentation, and maintain organized records. The position requires consistent communication with clients and internal stakeholders across time zones, while adhering to confidentiality and compliance standards.

Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Experience with Client Intake and Customer Service to manage inquiries, gather information, and support a positive client experience.
- Knowledge of Insurance processes or terminology, especially as they relate to legal matters, is preferred.
- Previous experience in a legal, claims, or professional services environment is beneficial.
