We are currently looking for a
Lead Financial Analyst
for the Subcontractors Operations unit (NA/APAC/LATAM team) to make the team even stronger. In this position, you will work with Business Partnering Services (BPS), a part of EPAM's Global Finance department responsible for administrative and financial functions related to the relationship between EPAM leadership and EPAM Clients. You will join a team of 300+ specialists to help the business grow.

Responsibilities




- Handle contractors' agreements, invoice verification, contractors' timesheets, and rate cards to guarantee precise financial documentation
- Hold regular calls with contractors, subcontractors, EPAM departments, and project staff to stay aligned on operational and financial topics
- Input data into internal EPAM systems and provide continuous oversight and control of information across corporate platforms
- Execute cost accounting activities within corporate accounting systems and contribute to month-end closure tasks tied to cost recognition, covering analysis, report preparation, and delivering data insights and commentary
- Establish and sustain the end-to-end subcontractors process, offering guidance on the complete contractor and subcontractor lifecycle at EPAM
- Maintain and update guides, manuals, internal instructions, and related documentation to accurately reflect current procedures
