About the role
- As a Lead Roofing Installer (Crew Lead) at Liberty Roofing Pros, you'll run a roofing crew in the field — leading installs from start to finish, keeping the jobsite safe, training newer installers, and making sure every roof meets our quality standard. This is a hands-on leadership role: you'll be on the roof with your crew, not just supervising from the ground. Your work will directly impact the safety, durability, and reputation we've built since 2017.

What you'll do
- Work closely with team members to ensure quality workmanship on every job
- Participate in ongoing training to improve skills and stay current on best practices
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized job site at all times
- Lead a crew to install asphalt shingle and metal roof systems safely and to spec
- Plan the job, assign and pace work, and keep production on schedule and within budget
- Train, coach,



and give feedback to crew members and uphold our workmanship standard

Qualifications
- Experience in roofing, construction, or a related trade preferred
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Customer-focused communication skills
- Commitment to safety and high-quality workmanship
- 5+ years of hands-on roofing experience (residential and/or commercial)
- Prior experience leading or supervising a roofing or construction crew
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation; OSHA 10/30 and manufacturer certifications a plus
