We are looking for an experienced RTR Associate Manager to oversee Record to Report operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery, compliance with SLAs, and successful month-end close execution.
This role combines people leadership, process management, and continuous improvement initiatives, with a strong focus on standardization, automation, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop the RTR team, providing guidance, support, and performance oversight.
Ensure timely and accurate execution of month-end close activities and financial reporting processes.
Drive process improvements, standardization, and automation initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Manage team priorities, workload distribution, and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).




Analyze complex accounting and operational issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients to align business requirements and deliver high-quality outcomes.
Monitor project finances, operational metrics, and team performance to support business objectives.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and professional development.
Requirements
Strong experience in Record to Report (RTR) processes and team leadership.
Solid understanding of month-end close, financial reporting, controls, and process improvement.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
Experience leading teams and developing talent within a shared services or operations environment.
