Role Overview

We are seeking a compassionate, highly organized, and proactive Case Manager to join our team. The Case Manager will work directly with clients to assess their needs, coordinate services, provide ongoing support, and help them achieve their goals. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple cases while maintaining a client-centered approach

Schedule:

Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST (USA)

Your Responsibilities Will Include but Are Not Limited To:
- Reviewing medical bills for accuracy, completeness,



and compliance with case requirements
- Communicating with medical offices, hospitals, and other providers to request information and resolve outstanding issues
- Obtaining and tracking medical records, billing statements, and other required documentation from healthcare providers
- Supporting clients by managing case-related administrative processes and ensuring timely follow-up on outstanding items
- Identifying and following up on missing documents, records, and critical case information
- Coordinating with internal teams to streamline workflows

What We’re Looking For:
- At least two years of experience in case management or at a Law Firm
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and case management software or databases.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and professio
