Talent Acquisition Back Office Specialist

About The Role
We are looking for a highly organized Talent Acquisition Back Office Specialist to support external onboarding processes. This role is essential in ensuring that new hires enjoy a seamless transition into the organization, managing documentation, compliance, and coordination with multiple internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage all steps of the external onboarding process.
- Prepare and review hire documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal policies and local labor regulations.
- Work closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to ensure all pre‑employment requirements are completed on time.
- Maintain onboarding trackers, databases, and digital records up to date.
- Support background checks, medical exams, and reference verification processes.
- Communicate proactively with candidates to guide them through each stage of onboarding.
- Generate onboarding reports and support audit processes.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance the onboarding experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1–2 years of experience in HR back office, onboarding, or administrative HR roles.
- Strong attention to detail and a high sense of responsibility.
