About Atlas

Atlas is an AI-native CRM and ATS built specifically for agency recruiters. Since launching in September 2024 we have grown to over 450 customers, ~1,350 users and ~$3M ARR - almost entirely through inbound. We are a 40-person team expanding across the UK, Americas and APAC.

Atlas is an anti-CRM: traditional CRMs rely on painful, manual data entry and are only as good as the data people bother to log. We believe that if we know everything our users say, hear, read, and write, a swarm of agents can handle the admin for them.

The Role

You own how Atlas shows up in the market and increasingly, you become how Atlas shows up. This is a hands-on, front-of-house role: you build our brand presence day to day, show up where recruitment agency owners and recruiters already spend their time, and turn that attention into real pipeline.

You're not here to hit a posting quota. You're here to become the person our market thinks of when they think of Atlas. You'll build a personal brand from scratch, put yourself out there,



and be genuinely useful to the people we want to reach - the kind of presence that makes a recruiter think "this is someone who can actually help me."

This is an entry-level role with real ownership from day one. We care far more about charisma, judgment and hunger than years on a CV.

This role is based in Colombia and works remotely with our team across the UK, Americas and APAC.

What You'll Do
- Be the face of Atlas. Build a personal brand from zero and become the recognizable, trusted voice our market associates with us
- Own our organic social presence (primarily LinkedIn) end to end: calendar, publishing, and engagement
- Post consistently in Atlas's voice - content our ICP actually finds useful, not filler
- Engage daily and deliberately with the right people: agency owners, recruiters, and the conversations they're already in. Quality of conversation over volume of comments
- Get on calls: proactively offer to help prospects and custom
