We operate globally with lean, focused teams — which means this role isn't a background support function. You'll work in direct contact with our Commercial VP, coordinate event presence at international trade shows, and own real vendor relationships and budgets. What you'll do
- Own end-to-end planning and execution of our annual corporate event calendar — quotes, event passes, booth logistics, VIP access, and travel documentation for international trade shows.




- Coordinate business travel for our commercial and general team: flight and hotel booking, and travel insurance administration.
- Lead office and corporate procurement — sourcing vendors, gathering competitive quotes, and managing purchasing for office needs, equipment, and corporate events.
- Administer petty cash and the corporate credit card, with full monthly reconciliation and invoice accuracy.
- Manage our vendor and contact network — event organizers, airlines, hotels, and office/technology suppliers.
- Administer our expense platform (SAP Concur) as the internal point of contact, and manage contract routing through DocuSign.
- Support employee-experience initiatives — office equipment and ergonomic inventory coordination with our Technology team, birthday logistics, and wellness-activity coordination alongside HR.
