About the Role

We are expanding our Data Science team and looking for a Machine Learning Engineer who is passionate about building production-grade AI systems for our innovation platform.
This is a hands-on engineering role.
You will design, build, and scale the agentic AI and RAG capabilities at the core of our product, working closely with Product and Engineering to take new AI features from prototype to production.

What You'll Do
- Design & Build:
Develop and maintain LLM-powered agent systems — RAG pipelines, tool-calling agents, and multi-agent orchestration — using Python and frameworks such as LangChain or LangGraph.
- Integrate:
Expose agent capabilities via MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers and support agent-to-agent (A2A) communication with customer and third-party systems.
- Ship Backend Services:
Build robust backend services and data pipelines that support AI features, backed by PostgreSQL or similar.
