What You'll Do:
- Source, screen, and interview candidates across multiple departments
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from job posting to offer
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements
- Maintain candidate pipeline and applicant tracking records
- Conduct reference checks and support onboarding coordination

Requirements:
- Based in South America (Colombia preferred)
- 1+ year recruitment/talent acquisition experience
- Proven experience hiring Sales and Procurement Specialists
- Fluent English with strong communication skills
- Available for US business hours
- Remote work ready and self-motivated

What We Offer:
