About the Role:
Anchor is looking for a proactive, client-focused Operations Manager based in Colombia to serve as the main point of contact between our clients and internal team. You'll be the person clients turn to for updates, questions, and issue resolution — while also supervising the team's day-to-day work to make sure projects stay on track and deliverables meet expectations.

What You'll Do:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for each client, maintaining clear, regular communication
- Understand each client's needs, priorities, and expectations, and translate them into actionable team plans
- Supervise the team's daily work and progress, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
- Track project status and proactively flag risks or delays to both the client and leadership
- Coordinate between clinical, administrative, and recruiting teams to keep projects moving
- Lead regular check-ins or status updates with clients
- Identify bottlenecks and drive process improvements




- Maintain project documentation and progress reports
- Support onboarding workflows for new clinicians and staff

Requirements:
- Prior experience in project management, ideally in healthcare or clinical operations
- Strong client-facing communication skills — comfortable managing relationships directly
- Experience supervising or coordinating a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication (English proficiency required; C1 level a plus)
- Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
- Based in Colombia
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com) a plus
