About the Role

We are seeking a highly analytical, proactive, and AI-driven Supervisor, Talent Insights & Strategic Reporting to lead reporting, analytics, and data-driven decision-making efforts across Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Marketing, CRM, job site analytics, and workforce planning initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong analytical thinking,



business acumen, leadership, and problem-solving skills with a solid technical foundation. The successful candidate will take ownership of projects, proactively identify blockers, evaluate multiple solutions, and provide recommendations before escalating issues. Beyond reporting and dashboards, this individual will serve as a trusted business partner, translating complex data into clear and actionable insights for non-technical audiences. The idóneo candidate should also be comfortable leveraging AI tools to improve decision-making, streamline processes, enhance reporting products, and identify new ways to deliver business value.
