ROLE DESCRIPTION

As an IT PM Specialist (PMO), you will be a key professional responsible for structuring, leading, and articulating IT and Digital Transformation projects at a regional and global scale. You will bridge the gap between technology teams and various business units, ensuring that each initiative is delivered on time, within the allocated budget, and according to the high-quality standards defined by stakeholders.
We are seeking a candidate with a high degree of autonomy, strong business acumen, and a truly agile, innovative mindset. Beyond managing timelines, you will lead project financial health, manage risks, and partner closely with IT Business Relationship Managers (BRMs) to align project efforts with business outcomes and manage demand entering the ADC Digital Service Center.

REQUIRED PROFILE

Education & Experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
Seniority: Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in IT and Digital Transformation Project Management.
Advanced English (solid B2+)
