? Role Details
Position: BD (Business Development)
Work Modality: On-site
Schedule Flexibility: Occasional work after regular working hours required due to time zone differences.

? Key Responsibilities
Ecosystem Growth: Identify market trends and popular consumer apps to expand and onboard new watch apps onto AppGallery, directly supporting product sales.
App Experience & Maintenance: Oversee and maintain the user experience of mobile apps already released in AppGallery to ensure smooth, issue-free operation.
Partnership Management & Negotiation: Build strategic relationships,



manage key stakeholders, negotiate commercial agreements, and foster win-win partnerships with external clients and executive leadership (CEOs/CTOs).
Strategy & Competitor Insights: Analyze industry trends, evaluate market opportunities, and keep a sharp eye on competitive vendor landscapes to draft and execute actionable growth plans.
Project Management & Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional internal departments to ensure projects are completed on time without risk.

? Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Software Engineering, Electronic Computer Science, or a related field.
Work Experience: 1–3 years of experience preferred, including:
Software customer business development and commercialization cooperation.
Software development or testing experience.
Hands-on project management experience.
Languages:
Spanish & English: Fluent.
Chinese: A plus / pre
