? Role Details
Position: Retail Manager (Training)
Work Modality: 100% In-Office

? Key Responsibilities
Training Delivery & Operations: Manage country-level training plans, tracking quantitative reach and qualitative performance targets (online & offline) using our LMS to align with general business goals.
Curriculum & Localization: Collaborate with Global Strategy and Regional teams to gather country needs, adapt/review localized product training materials, and ensure timely delivery.
Program Design & Execution: Lead region-wide training initiatives, including certifications, upskilling programs, workshops, and recognition rewards.
Team Operations & Reporting:



Coordinate weekly regional meetings, evaluate target achievement across country training teams, and distribute summary reports to Regional & Global Directors.
Market Research & Field Evaluation: Conduct quarterly in-field assessments, gather competitive intelligence, and identify training gaps during major product launches.

? Requirements & Qualifications
Professional Background:
Proven experience in Training Management and Learning & Development (L&D;).
Extensive business understanding of the Retail sector and a strong interest in technology.
Core Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Outstanding interpersonal, coordination, and personnel management skills.
Key Mindset: Conscientious, hardworking, proactive thinker, and eager to learn.
