Are you a technical problem-solver with experience managing and troubleshooting Point of Sale systems? We're looking for a POS Admin to join our team
? What You’ll Do:
Manage and update POS & back-office menus, printer configurations, and video routing.
Troubleshoot OS, network connectivity, routers, and firewalls.
Handle incident/request queue management and collaborate closely with support & dev teams.
Update knowledge base articles and train support staff on best practices.
? What We’re Looking For:
Experience: 2+ years in POS technical support or configuration.
Language: Advanced English proficiency (B2+ spoken & written).
Skills: Strong OS/networking troubleshooting; ITIL knowledge is a big plus.
