Position summary: Lead and manage the Payroll, Time & Benefits Operations team in line with Roche People Practices by overseeing end-to-end payroll/time/benefits processes and people leadership; ensuring KPI-driven, compliant service delivery and regular operational reviews with stakeholders; continuously improving and standardizing/automating processes for service excellence and a consistent customer experience; leveraging data analytics and reporting on customer queries to generate people insights for business and P&C; (e.g., policy/program design,
behavior change, employee relationship management); developing team members’ knowledge and capabilities to retain and grow talent; sustaining win-win relationships and performance management with external vendors; and initiating/participating in squads to deliver required business outcomes in alignment with the overall People Support Solutions (PSS) strategy and advanced technology.
