The Position
The Global Digital Hub has been established within the Roche Services & Solutions Center. Our main purpose is to strengthen Roche's digital capabilities globally by supporting central initiatives with Social Media Management, Brand Support, Digital Publishing Services, Marketing Automation, Copywriting, and Creative Design.
As a member of the Global Digital Hub Team, you will work to ensure fulfillment of the Global Digital Hub long term outcomes and strategy, as well as excellent delivery of our various digital operations priorities. You are responsible for supporting and executing different initiatives.
You work with relevant stakeholders and consult on how to develop their digital performance further and ensure they leverage the available digital tools in order to meet their overall goals.
The Digital Support Specialist provides critical operational support for digital projects, content updates, and publishing across various web platforms, and is able to build out reporting metrics that support the business in continuing its growth to meet KPIs and objectives.
