About The Role

The Technical Support Engineer is a hybrid position that combines product support with hands-on software development. It is a strong fit for a developer who enjoys being close to customers and wants their code to solve real-world problems. You will spend most of your time coding - resolving bugs (both customer-reported and internally found)



and shipping new features alongside the engineering team - and part of your time handling customer tickets, reproducing issues, and converting recurring problems into permanent product improvements.

We work AI-first: the team uses AI tools such as Claude Code every day to write, review and debug code faster, and we expect you to do the same.

Responsibilities

Support

Handle incoming customer tickets (L1/L2) via email and Zoom; troubleshoot issues and manage escalations to Product/R&D.;
Investigate technical problems in customer environments: installations, permissions, performance, and logs.
Write clear public responses to customers and document known issues and workarounds.
Analyze support processes and find possibilities for automation and improvement.

Development

Own L3 (engineering-level) resolution of escalated defects: root-cause them in the codebase and ship the fix, rather than handing them off.
