This opportunity is designed for graduating students and recent graduates eager to launch their careers in a dynamic environment, collaborating with teams across the country and other regions.
What you'll do
Support the planning and execution of nationwide retail marketing campaigns: product launches, seasonal promotions, member events, and in-store activations.
Coordinate with stores and headquarters to ensure efficient, on-schedule execution.
Prepare campaign guidelines, store communication materials, and execution manuals.
Collaborate with the Design, Brand, PR, and Sales teams on materials, logistics, and visual merchandising.




Collect feedback and performance data to build post-campaign reports and identify improvements.
Join store visits and occasional business trips to support execution and ensure brand-standard compliance.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree (completed or about to be completed) in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
Graduating students or recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
Fluent English — B2 level or higher (spoken and written) for daily communication with regional and general teams.
Basic to intermediate command of Photoshop.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills, with excellent attention to detail.
Proactive, responsible, adaptable, and eager to learn.
Willingness to travel occasionally.
