The Business Analyst role is client-facing and translates business challenges
into scalable automation solutions. This role partners closely with clients,
solution architects,



and delivery teams to identify automation opportunities,
document business processes, and define clear functional requirements that
enable the successful implementation of automation initiatives.

Acting as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams,
the Business Analyst ensures that automation solutions align with business
outcomes, reduce operational complexity, and deliver measurable value. This role
is particularly important in supporting enterprise automation programs and
large-scale Agentic Process Automation (APA) initiatives.

You will make an impact by being responsible for:

Process Discovery & Analysis

* Lead process discovery workshops with business stakeholders to identify
automation opportunities across operational workflows
* Document current-state processes using structured methodologies including
process maps, decision trees
