About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented, and clinically experienced Bilingual Medical Assistant to join a growing remote healthcare team supporting U.S.-based medical providers.

You will assist with patient triage, care coordination, medical documentation, appointment management, and communication between patients and healthcare professionals.

What You'll Do
Patient Care & Clinical Support
Triage patient calls and messages, identifying urgent concerns and escalating cases appropriately.
Support providers with patient follow-ups, medication management, and care coordination.
Communicate laboratory results, prescriptions, and treatment instructions under provider guidance.
Provide compassionate and professional support throughout the patient care journey.
Medical Documentation
Accurately document patient interactions, medical histories, and provider notes.
Maintain complete and up-to-date electronic medical record
