Our work brings together homes, land, investors, manufacturers, contractors, lenders, municipalities, and execution. Through our related advisory work with C-Suite Solutions, we also work alongside experienced real estate owners and investors on acquisitions, development, and operational projects across the United States.
We are looking for an Operations Coordinator who can help turn decisions, conversations, and strategy into completed action.
This is not a traditional administrative assistant position.
You will work closely with company leadership and become one of the people responsible for keeping priorities moving, communication clear, documents organized, commitments tracked, and important details from falling through the cracks.
What You’ll Do




You will help coordinate work across multiple companies, projects, team members, customers, vendors, manufacturers, and outside partners.
Your responsibilities will include:
Own administrative execution for leadership priorities and strategic initiatives.
Track projects, deadlines, commitments, and follow-up.
Prepare, organize, review, and manage business documents.
Coordinate communication between leadership, customers, investors, vendors, and partners.
Help manage licensing, permitting, compliance, and administrative requirements across multiple U.S. states.
Maintain accurate records, CRM information, project trackers, and internal systems.
Coordinate meetings, follow-up items, documentation, and next steps.
Assist with investor and customer communication.
Identify missing information or unresolved issues before they become problems.
Turn conversations and decisions into organized action.
