We're looking for a creative, organized, and AI-savvy Social Media Manager based in Latin America to help manage content across a growing portfolio of brands.
This is a deliverable-based position rather than a traditional hourly role. We're looking for someone who can efficiently use AI, Canva, Adobe, scheduling tools, and strong content systems to produce consistent, professional content at scale.
What You'll Do
You will help develop and execute social media strategies across multiple brands while ensuring that each company maintains its own voice, visual identity, audience, and marketing objectives.
Primary responsibilities include:
Develop and follow 30-day rolling content calendars.
Create professional branded social media graphics using Canva and/or Adobe.
Write engaging captions, hooks, calls-to-action,



and platform-specific copy.
Create and publish content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Google Business Profile, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other appropriate platforms.
Create Instagram and Facebook Stories.
Produce short-form video content and assist with Reels and Shorts.
Use AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Omni, and other approved tools to accelerate content research, creation, and repurposing.
Transform a single strong content idea into multiple platform-specific pieces of content.
Schedule approved content in advance.
Maintain brand consistency across all accounts.
Monitor comments, messages, mentions, and audience interactions.
Perform daily organic engagement with relevant businesses, followers, community pages, and industry accounts.
Identify trends and new content opportunities.
Review analytics and identify which content performs best.
Make recommendations based on actua
