The following position is to join our RTX Enterprise Services team in Santa Isabel, Puerto Rico:
The Sr. Analyst, Infrastructure & Workplace Services create test cases, conduct tests, analyze data,
and prepare reports that ensure products and services meet the established requirements. Collaborate with other teams to implement quality control measures, troubleshoot issues, and recommend solutions to enhance overall quality.
What You Will Do
- Develop and execute detailed test cases to assess software functionality and performance
- Identify and document defects, bugs, and other observations
- Evaluate and create reports on test outcomes
- Present test results to developers and other stakeholders
- Work closely with developers and stakeholders to review documented testing results
- Routinely review requirements to ensure tests cover all aspects of the software, feature, or service
- Adhere to relevant quality assurance standards and regulations
- Continuously improve the testing process as services, standards, and requirements evolve
- Leverage testing software such as Jira or Confluence to
