About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sourcer to join our recruitment team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging top talent to support our hiring needs. You will play a key role in building a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future positions, ensuring we attract the best professionals to our organization.
Responsibilities
- Proactively source, identify, and engage potential candidates through various channels.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline to support hiring needs across different departments.
- Conduct initial screenings and assess candidate qualifications to ensure a strong fit.
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and sourcing strategies.
- Utilize market insights and data to improve sourcing strategies and talent acquisition efforts.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sourcer, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or in a similar recruitment role.
- Strong research and sourcing skills using talent acquisition tools.
- Experience conducting initial candidate screenings and assessing qualifications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- B2 level (or higher) English proficiency.
