Command|Link is a general SaaS platform offering network, voice services, and IT security solutions delivered fully remotely. We seek a Managed Services Network Engineer to support ISP/MSP customers, focusing on SDWAN (Versa Networks), data circuits, VoIP, VPNs, managed routers, and firewalls. Travel is not required.
Preferred shift: Wed–Sun, 8:00am–5:00pm Eastern Time. You will mentor others, onboard new customers, and collaborate with vendors to ensure top-tier service delivery.
