Our HR Shared Services team plays a critical role in supporting employees and managers by delivering efficient, accurate and customer-focused HR services across the employee lifecycle. We are looking for an HR Shared Services Specialist who is passionate about people, process excellence and continuous improvement to help ensure a seamless employee experience while maintaining compliance and operational efficiency. The HR Shared Services Specialist is responsible for managing employee lifecycle transactions and delivering high-quality HR support to employees and managers. This role serves as a key point of contact for HR-related inquiries,



ensuring accurate processing, policy compliance and excellent service delivery across HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, job changes, employee data updates, leave administration and offboarding activities.
- Resolve Tier 2 employee and manager inquiries by applying HR policies, procedures and service standards.
- Maintain accurate employee records and case documentation within HR systems to ensure compliance, audit readiness and data integrity.
- Coordinate with Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition and other HR teams to ensure timely and accurate completion of HR transactions.
- Review reports and transaction data to identify discrepancies, validate information and support accurate processing.
