Marketing Specialist – 100% Remote

We are looking for a highly organized, tech-savvy, and execution-focused Marketing Specialist to support multiple client accounts with marketing operations, CRM management, website development, automation, reporting, content, and project management. This role is idóneo for someone who is comfortable using AI every day, learns new tools quickly, and can take ownership of projects without needing step-by-step instructions.

About the Role

You’ll work across multiple client accounts, turning marketing strategies into execution. You’ll manage CRM and marketing systems, build websites and landing pages, create nurture sequences and automations, maintain client workspaces in Notion, analyze marketing performance, and support content and social media initiatives. A major part of the role will involve managing GoHighLevel for clients, including contacts, workflows, nurture sequences, websites, landing pages, and marketing automation.

You’ll also use AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT to improve workflows, create content, build solutions, and make processes more efficient. The original role also emphasizes operating independently, managing multiple client workstreams, and taking ownership of execution rather than waiting for detailed instructions.

Responsibilities

- Manage GoHighLevel accounts for multiple clients, including contacts, pipelines, workflows, automations, and reporting.
- Build and maintain websites, landing pages, forms, and other digital marketing assets.
- Create and manage email nurture sequences and automated marketing workflows.
- Use Claude, ChatGPT, and other AI tools daily to support marketing execution, content creation, automation, research, and process improvement.
- Use AI prompting to create better workflows, marketing assets, and solutions for clients.
- Manage client projects, priorities, deadlines, and deliverables through Notion.
- Build and maintain Notion databases, templates, client workspaces, and workflows.
- Manage and analyze marketing performance across Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other platforms.




- Build custom reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights beyond default platform reporting.
- Support CRM management, contact organization, segmentation, reporting, and workflow configuration.
- Create and manage marketing materials such as email campaigns, landing pages, presentations, one-pagers, social media content, and campaign assets.
- Manage professional social media accounts, particularly LinkedIn, including content scheduling, publishing, engagement, and performance tracking.
- Use Canva and AI-powered design tools to create templates, graphics, and branded marketing materials.
- Review deliverables for accuracy, brand consistency, formatting, messaging, and overall quality.
- Identify inefficient processes and proactively recommend and implement improvements.
- Manage multiple client workstreams independently while meeting deadlines and maintaining strong attention to detail.

What We're Looking For

- 1–3+ years of hands-on marketing experience; candidates with less experience may be considered if they demonstrate strong technical skills, ownership, and the ability to learn quickly.
- Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM and marketing automation platforms.
- Experience building websites, landing pages, nurture sequences, and marketing automations.
- Strong familiarity with Claude, ChatGPT, or similar AI tools and the ability to use AI effectively in daily work.
- Familiarity with Claude prompting and a strong interest in AI-powered marketing operations.
- Experience with Notion and the ability to build databases, templates, workflows, and project management systems.
- Understanding of core marketing concepts, including customer journeys, email marketing, content strategy, social media, lead nurturing, and campaign performance.




- Experience with marketing analytics and reporting.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Experience managing social media for professional brands, particularly LinkedIn.
- Canva proficiency and ability to create professional marketing assets.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to manage multiple clients, projects, and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal English communication.
- Independent and proactive working style—you should be comfortable forming an opinion, suggesting solutions, and executing without constant supervision.
- Quick learner who actively looks for ways to make processes more efficient.
