Job Description
The idóneo candidate will serve as the functional expert for US Benefits, Advanced Compensation, and Expenses, with additional responsibilities supporting Talent and Help modules alongside Core HCM. You will play a key role in maintaining system integrity,



driving process improvements, and supporting annual and off-cycle compensation and benefits events.

Advanced Compensation Support
- Configure and maintain compensation plans, merit cycles, bonus programs, and eligibility rules.
- Partner with HR and Finance to ensure data accuracy and compliance with compensation strategy.
- Support compensation review cycles and generate relevant reporting and analytics.

US Benefits Administration
- Manage and support all aspects of Workday Benefits, including plan configuration, eligibility rules, and enrollment windows.
- Troubleshoot benefit-related issues and collaborate with HR and vendors to ensure accurate processing.
- Support Open Enrollment planning, testing, and execution.

Expense Management
- Maintain Workday Expenses configuration including policies, validations, and cost controls.
- Provide tier 2 support for employee inquiries related to expense sub
